Family Artifact Storytelling

Hello!

Thank you for taking the time with your child and completing the family history interview. I had a great time reading the stories from various cultures, and of your own personal childhood! 🙂

Our next activity for the students will be sharing a family artifact with the class.

Please read the attached document and help your child choose a family artifact. There is a written component which the student will do on their own, but may need your help in finding information about the artifact.

If your child is scheduled to present on Tuesday, January 31, but your family needs more time to prepare for this activity (because of the Chinese NY weekend), please write me a note so I can re-arrange another date for your child.

As always, thank you for being involved and being supportive! Family Artifact schedule

Speech Arts: Props and Clothing for Choric Drama

Hello Parents,

Please click on the link to read about what clothes/props our children will need for our class choric drama. We have a few parents working on the props, and when needed, I will contact more parents for help. The students are practicing a lot and are very excited about the choric drama. Please support us by making sure your child has appropriate clothing for the presentation.

If you have any questions about this chart, please write me a note in your child’s planner.
